Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Five Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php1, 570, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Annual Maintenance Renewal of Firewalls (“Project”) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The services shall be rendered to PNOC EC Head Office, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City for one (1) year after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.
