STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Prices should be `DDP` delivery duty paid at DEWA stores.
2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams
3) DEWA Standard payment terms is `30 days credit` from the date of acceptance of material
4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OPERATION & MAINTENANCE GREY WATER TREATMENT PLANT AT DEWA HEAD OFFICE BUILDING. SCOPE OF WORK ·#THE PAR TIES SHALL VISIT THE SITE AND MAKE THEMSELVES THOROUGHLY ACQUAINTED WITH LOCAL SITE CONDITIONS, NATURE AND REQUIREMENT OF WORK, PRES ENT CONDITIONS OF PLANT AND MAKE ASSESSMENT OF LABOR AND MATERIAL, REQUIRED BEFORE SUBMITTING THE PRICE. ·#THE CONT RACTOR SHALL HAVE MAINTENANCE ExPERIENCE OF SIMILAR GWTP PLANTS FOR A MINIMUM 5 YEARS. THE CONTRACT SHALL BE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 1 2 MONTHS COMMENCING FROM THE DATE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT. ·#TO PROVIDE OPERATOR FOR OPERATING AND MAINTAINING THE STP & GWTP 1 x (09 H OURS 7 AM TO 4 PM), 6 DAYS A WEEK & SHALL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATION OF STP & GWTP WITH ALL RELATED PUMPS, EQUIPMENT
