Overview :
UNDP Nepal request you to submit your quotation for Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Extinguishers in the UN House, as detailed in Annex 1 of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached as Annex 2 of the RFQ document.
This process will result in entering into a Long Term Agreement with the selected vendor for a period of two years with the provision of extension for one additional year, based on the satisfactory performance.
