Services consist of a comprehensive physical examination package delivered to each participating firefighter on a two-tier alternating annual model (cancer screening / cardiovascular screening), with the Department selecting the applicable tier each year. Initial contract term is one (1) year. Examinations are provided as a personal wellness benefit; all medical findings remain confidential between the contractor and the individual examined.
