Annual fee renewal of GIS license packages (Esri ArcGIS and UT For ArcGIS) and GIS maintenance for a period of three years The subject of the order is: - renewal of the annual fee of the license packages for Esri ArcGIS and UT For ArcGIS currently in use by the subscriber, and GIS maintenance for a period of three years, - also the possibility of purchasing licenses for users and the environment of the GIS system, - also the possibility of purchasing a GIS application for optical network management, - also the possibility of purchasing a GIS mobile application. Orders are also included adaptations and upgrades of the GIS, meaning any improved, corrected or new version of a part or the whole of the GIS. Except for the renewal of the annual fee for the Esri ArcGIS and UT For ArcGIS license packages currently in use by the Customer, the Agreement will maintenance of GIS for a period of three years (first indent), concluded for the period from signature until 24.12.2029. To renew the annual fee for the Esri ArcGIS and UT For ArcGIS license packages currently in use by the subscriber, as well as the maintenance of the GIS for a period of three years, the the contract was concluded from 12/24/2026 to 12/24/2029, and in relation to this clause, the contractual terms do not start earlier than 12/24/2026, in accordance with the current validity of the maintenance of existing licenses.
