Cleaning of all kitchen extraction systems including filter cleaning, canopy hood cleaning, fan cleaning and cleaning of external duct work, cowls and or louvres. All works should be in accordance with standards set by BESA and attached ERC specification.This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T).
