Annual and 5-year periodic and construction inspections of hydrotechnical structures in the area of operation of ZZ Giżycko 1.The subject of the order includes: 2. Checking the technical condition of the structure in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, applicable Polish standards and technical requirements, in particular those resulting from the provisions of the Construction Law Act and the Water Law Act. 2.Preparing a report on the current periodic inspection separately for each building, on a form specified and made available by the Ordering Party constituting Annex 2 to the Description of the subject of the order; 3. Preparation of photographic documentation of the current periodic inspection separately for each building, including important elements indicated for repair. Photographic documentation should be made in in the form of JPG files with a resolution of 150-300 DPI and dimensions from 1240x1754 pixels to 2480 x 3508 pixels (A4 print). JPG files should be made for each object and described with the name of the river and the mileage (e.g. "Horodnianka, km 1+364, photo no...."), while in the case of linear objects - e.g. "Gorczyca Canal, photo no...." or "Narew - left-side embankment, 0.32 km long, photo no...."; 4 All documentation should be prepared in paper version (2 copies) and in electronic version (1 copy) on the electronic data carrier (pendrive/CD/DVD) in the form of PDF files, along with photographic documentation in the form of JPG files with the parameters indicated in point 3. 5.
