Announcement of Open Public Tender for the assignment of the exclusive right to perform regular public [interurban] road transport of passengers by bus in the Region of Western Macedonia with a public service concession contract in accordance with Regulation 1370/2007 Grant of exclusive right operation of public scheduled long-distance bus passenger transport in the Region of Western Macedonia The object of the contract is the execution and exclusive exploitation of public regular long-distance passenger road transport, -as well as accompanied parcels of more than 10 kg or unaccompanied parcels - by buses in the Region of Western Macedonia and in particular in the network shown in APPENDIX IV of the Declaration through a concession contract for public passenger transport services, according to with the provisions of Law 4974/2022 and in particular, Chapter E, as well as Regulation (EC) 1370/2007. In particular, the subject of the contract is the Grant of the right to exclusive use of public scheduled long-distance passenger transport with bus in the Region of Western Macedonia, with an estimated value of €118, 500, 000.00 plus VAT [that is, €11, 850, 000 per year, for ten (10) years].
