Expected procedure for concluding the contract: Direct conclusion of a contract for the provision of services public collective transport on pursuant to art. 19 section 1 point 3 and art. 22 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public public transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285), within the meaning of Regulation (EC) 1370/2007 of the Parliament European Parliament and of the Council of 23/10/2007 on public services in scope of rail and road passenger transport and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 119/69 and (EEC) No 1107/70. 3.
