1. The purpose of preliminary market consultations is:

a) obtaining information necessary to initiate proceedings regarding the delivery of passenger delivery of multi -member vehicles with an alternative own drive, further delivery.

b) obtaining information to the extent necessary to preparepublic procurement procedures regarding the delivery, including the description of the subject of the contract, relevant provisions of the contract, announcement.

c) Confronting the needs of Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A. with the possibilities of their implementation by the market by potential contractors.

d) determination of factorsinfluencing the value of submitted offers.

e) obtaining information necessary to estimate the value of the order.

f) Defining and gathering the best practices related to the implementation of the delivery, in particular the discussion:

i. Delivery delivery date, taking into account the possibilitiestechnical, logistic, legal and production,

II. technical solutions related to drive systems, including the possibility of using hydrogen, battery, mixed drive.

IV. solutions in the field of interior equipment of passenger multi -member vehicles with own drive,

v. The costs of maintaining vehicles for a period of 30 years of operation broken down into individual review cycles.
