Description of the service: The object of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service of collection, reception, of live or dead animals on public roads and the management of community cat colonies using the CER (Capture-Sterilization-Return) method, maintenance of the municipal cattery, and pet adoption service (dogs, cats and ferrets), in accordance with the requirements and protocols established in current regulations and especially Law 7/2023, of March 28, on the protection of rights and animal welfare, its regulatory development, as well as Catalan and state regulations on animal protection, including environmental and social requirements.
