Animal studies to evaluate electrotherapies Welcome to submit tenders in Gothenburg University's procurement of framework agreements for the purchase of animal studies to evaluate electrotherapies. The buyer intends to procure a framework agreement for the purchase of animal studies to evaluate electrotherapies. The framework agreement includes proposals from qualified institutions or contract research organizations (CROs) with established facilities and documented expertise in preclinical mouse tumor models, with a particular focus on syngeneic tumor models that enable studies of the role of the immune system in therapeutic efficacy. The purpose of the procurement is to identify a collaboration partner who can carry out in vivo studies for the evaluation of tumor growth, metastatic spread, immunological engagement, treatment tolerability, and molecular responses, including application of electroporation-based therapies and comprehensive downstream analyses. In light of our group's expertise, the CRO shall allow at least one to two researchers from the buyer's laboratory carries out parts of the in vivo studies on site at the CRO's facilities.
