This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. No totals required. New Brunswick Vendor By stating YES in the input box, I confirm that I am a Vendor of goods with a place of business in New Brunswick. Place of business means an establishment where a vendor regularly conducts its activities on a permanent basis, is clearly identified by name and is accessible during normal business hours. SNOW REMOVAL AND SALT SERVICE (INCLUDING SPREADING AGGREGATE OR OTHER SNOW MELTING MATERIAL) SCOPE This Invitation to Tender consists of snow removal services as per the attached specifications on behalf of Anglophone West School District at various schools for a period of three (3) years from November 1, 2026 until October 31, 2029 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties. OPTION YEAR PRICING Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA Contracts will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid for each school location listed in the Items section below which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications of the tender documents.
