Products or services: Surgical services These bidding rules are formulated to establish the regulation of the Public Bidding process “ANESTHETIC SERVICE FOR PAVILION FOR THE FLORIDA HOSPITAL” and regulate, among others aspects the conditions that the offers must meet, the stages of the bidding process, its evaluation and award method, the conditions of the contract and all the aspects necessary for the correct acquisition process. It should be noted that the service associated with this acquisition must comply with the specifications of these bases. The supplier may not offer a service other than that established in these bidding rules or complements or extras not contemplated in the technical requirements.
