The subject of the contract is the supply of anesthesia equipment with a vital functions monitor for the needs of FNsP J.A. Reiman Prešov.
The subject of the contract is divided into 2 separate complete parts:
Part no. 1 Anesthesiology device of a higher class with a monitor of vital functions
Part no. 2 Anesthesiological assistanttop class machine with vital signs monitor
Subject to order for part no. 1 is 10 pcs of higher-class anesthesiology devices with a vital functions monitor, of which 2 pcs will be the subject of purchase within the concluded purchase contract and 8 pcs will be the subject of an option.
The subject of the order forpart no. 2 are 2 pcs of the highest class anesthesiological devices with a vital functions monitor, which will be the subject of the purchase within the concluded purchase contract.of the Slovak Republic for the purposes of use in a medical facility.
An integral part of the contract is the transport of the subject of the contract to the agreed place of delivery, unloading at the place of
delivery, handing over the written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership rights to the subject of the contract,
providing alreadyuser documentation for the subject of the contract necessary for proper and error-free use of the subject of the contract for the specified purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, in particular, but not exclusively: instructions for use of the subject of the contract, complete user documentation, technical service documentation, ...
