the subjet of this tender concerns the resilient andes to climate change. Mandating will consider an inception phase and a first phase that is subject on the approval of the credit (funds) by sdc reserving the right to directly award follow up phases to the winner of this tender, recognising the high quality and performance of the selected organization.
