The contract works required are to design and build a performance based Wood Chip Boiler as described and explained in the attached specifications. The current boiler has reached the end of its working life and the intention is to have a contractor design and build a replacement boiler in a new location that will service the current school buildings and the future expansion of additional building proposed. The selected design and build will then be used to allow the designers to design an appropriate sized boiler house for the Wood Chip Boiler
