Evaluation criteria:
A. Experience in climate change policy development in the region or similar country conditions
B. Experience in the design of carbon pricing instruments (policy design, technical studies and assessment)
C. local knowledge, experience in the country, region or similar country conditions, engagement of local experts
D. Qualified team of experts, including key experts that will be evaluated according to the following criteria
- General experience in the climate change and clean energy sector
- Specific experience relevant to the assignment
- Local experience/languages (English is required for key experts)
