The subject of the order is the development of water law reports for each of the existing stormwater drainage outlets and obtaining water law permits for the discharge of rainwater or meltwater into water or water facilities, included in open or closed systems. storm sewage systems are used to discharge atmospheric precipitation. The current catchment areas of individual outlets, which the Ordering Party will make available to the Contractor in the form of files in the shp format, must be verified by the Contractor. To verify the catchment area should be used among others Municipal Spatial Information System and data from the Ordering Party. The Contractor should analyze and verify individual catchments, determine the amount of rainwater and meltwater flowing to individual outlets, verify existing surfaces and land development. Water law reports should be prepared in descriptive and graphic form. After agreeing their content with the Ordering Party, the Contractor will submit applications for water permits to the competent authority, and will provide the Ordering Party with confirmation in each case. submitting a specific application and water law reports in paper and electronic versions.
