Detailed_Description : The purpose of this RFB is to engage a Vendor accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard for equine forensic drug testing to provide testing and analysis of equine biological samples for illegal and performance enhancing drugs and non-therapeutic medications and forensic analysis in (horse) hair testing. In addition the AGCO is seeking a Vendor to carry out supplementary testing and research. Services required from the Vendor will include out of competition testing, stake horse testing, testing for unknown substances, supplementary testing, research and litigation support.
