Analysis, design, execution, implementation and launch Open Data Repository system with the migration of 30 data sets and the creation of at least 30 API, documentation, training and technical components The subject of the order is analysis, design, execution, delivery, implementation and handover for the operation of the IT system called Institutional Repository of Open Data (IRDO), along with the necessary logical infrastructure, migration processes, documentation and training of users and administrators. The order also includes migration of at least 30 scientific data sets and preparation and launch of at least 30 API interfaces enabling their sharing, including to the Dane.gov.pl website. The detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 9. Ordering party identifies the need to create a central, coherent and scalable system enabling: collecting, storing and managing scientific data, publishing data in a manner consistent with open data standards, ·providing access to data via API interfaces, compliant with open data standards, ·Integration with national and European data sharing systems (e.g. Dane.gov.pl), ·ensuring the appropriate level of quality, security and access control to data.
