Name of the procedure Analysis of the course of implementation of the construction works contract for the project titled "Reconstruction of building "A" at ul. Rakowiecka 24 in Warsaw. II. Detailed description of the subject of the order. 1. The subject of the order is to carry out comprehensive audit of the Ordering Party's investment in the reconstruction and adaptation of the historic Building "A" (ul. Rakowiecka 24 in Warsaw) to the applicable regulations, in particular the regulations on safety and fire protection.2. The purpose of the audit is to assess the correctness, effectiveness and compliance with applicable regulations of the contract implementation process and changes to the contract (annexes) of the investment entitled "Reconstruction of the historic building A of the SGH at ul. Rakowiecka 24", taking into account the conditions use of funds from a targeted subsidy.3. The criteria used in the audit include, in particular, legality, economy, reliability and purposefulness.4.
