I The subject of the order is to analyze the composition of selected bacterial metabolites in biological material. II. The scope of the order includes: 1. Preparation for LC-MS/MS analysis of a maximum of 640 stool and liver tissue samples in accordance with the best laboratory practices during the entire project (until the end of June 30, 2028); 2. Performing quantitative LC-MS/MS analysis of stool samples and liver tissue, including: • short-chain fatty acids (acetic, propionic, butyric, isobutyric acid, 2-methylbutyric acid, isovaleric acid, valeric acid, 3-methylvaleric acid, 4-methylvaleric acid, caproic acid, lactic acid), bile acids (deoxycholic, lithocholic, isolitocholic, allolitocholic acid), tryptophan metabolites (3-indoleacetic acid, 3-indole propionic acid, indole-3-carbaldehyde, indole-3-lactic acid, trans-3-indolyl acrylic acid, tryptamine).3.The analysis must be performed using a triple quadrupole (QQQ) spectrometer coupled to an HPLC system.4.Preparation of a report containing the results of the analysis along with a description of the methodology used, in accordance with the standards for this type of analysis and in a way that enables subsequent publication of the results. III. The scale of the experiment is 640 samples. The material will be delivered in three parts stages:• first quarter of 2026 - 140 samples, including 120 stool samples + 20 liver samples• end of the second quarter of 2026 - 240 samples, including 200 stool samples + 40 liver samples• end of the second quarter of 2027 - 200 samples, including 160 samples...
