Good afternoon, As part of the preparation for the annual tender of RSJ and DMS, we invite you to participate in the RFI among brokers regarding the support of contracts in these areas. Within the scope of the request, please fill out the file and additionally provide your proposals and expert opinion on the following directions: 1. Models of cooperationPlease describe the possible options for cooperation, in particular: a direct contract with our company (support cost: % of the contract or a fixed annual amount separately for RSJ and DMS); a model without a direct contract, where payment is made through insurance company (%, conditions); other relevant models of cooperation. We also ask to determine the optimal model of cooperation from the point of view of the balance of interests of all parties. 2. Formats of the tender Please suggest possible approaches to the organization of the tender process: one partner-administrator of the tender among SCs; short list of partners with parallel offers from insurance companies; other market practices. Separately, we will be grateful for the recommendation of the most effective format from the point of view of transparency, market practices and performance.
