Analysis and proposals for a unified approach of school counseling facilities when setting support measures for pupils with special educational needs The subject of the public contract in research, development and innovation is to obtain the most suitable solution proposal project in applied research and innovation. The project framework aims at the preliminary definition of the project, which was prepared in accordance with the provisions of § 2 paragraph 2 letter h) ZPVV, and which will be modified in the framework of the competitive dialogue with regard to the needs of the Contracting Authority. (Subject of the project is listed in Appendix No. 1 - Project framework Tender documentation). The procurement procedure will be conducted in such a way that the selected solution fulfills the objectives and realizes the results specified in Annex No. 1 - Project framework of the Tender documentation, which will be the main basis for the negotiations factual basis. Conclusions, conditions and new facts should emerge from the individual meetings so that the assignment for the purposes of the final offer can be specified in the most satisfactory way for the Client. The goal of the project is to create a data, logistic and of the reference framework for the creation of tools unifying the allocation of support measures (methodical unification of an overview of the entire process according to the educational needs of pupils listed in § 16, paragraph 9 of Act No. 561/2004 Coll.) by school counseling facilities in the Czech Republic.
