The aim of this public contract is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also referred to as "DNS") in accordance with the provisions of § 138 et seq. in connection with the provisions of § 58 ZZVZ to ensure the operation and support of the SAP system.
The contracting authority divided the dynamic purchasing system according to § 138 paragraph 1 ZZVZ into 2 categories:
Category 1: Analyzes
Alternatively, risk and impact analyses, see Appendix No. 5 Technical specification of tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as "ZD").
- Presumed the value for 4 years is: CZK 1, 500, 000 (in words: one million five hundred thousand Czech crowns) without VAT.
Category 2: Implementation of SAP application add-ons
- The subject of this DNS category will be the awarding of partial public contracts for the implementation of SAP application superstructures, such as the employee portal, attendance, approval processes (vacation, work from home, business trips), for more details, see Annex No. 5 Technical specification ZD.
- The expected value in 4 years is: CZK 8, 000, 000 (in words: eight million Czech crowns) without VAT.
The supplier is entitled to apply for participation in both of the listed categories of this DNS or to any of them separately.
Within each category of the dynamic purchasing system, the contracting authority will invite all suppliers included in the given category to submit an offer in accordance with the provisions of § 141, paragraph 1 ZZVZ, with the exception of suppliers for whom the reasons for not inviting ...
