INTRODUCTION: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to identify potential sources for a future Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the AN/ALQ-214 On-Board Radio Frequency (RF) Electronic Countermeasure System. Orders under this contract will be to obtain engineering and technical services, logistics support, and related supplies.
THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible businesses capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice.
ELIGIBILITY: The Product/Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 5865: Electronic Countermeasures, Counter-countermeasures and Quick Reaction Capability Equipment. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond.
ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated Period of Performance for the base IDIQ contract is expected to begin on or around October 31, 2027, with a total ordering period of five years. This contract is intended to satisfy requirements for FY28 through FY32.
