Description
The Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contract for the repair services for the Low Band Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) NSN 5960-00-009-4381EW, PN: 578R518H04, which is required to support sustainment of the AN/ALQ-184 Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Pod.
The anticipated Contract will include five (5) one-year ordering periods. A description of the quantity is described below:
Repair: 5960-00-009-4381EW
Ordering Period I: BEQ 85 EA
Ordering Period II: BEQ 85 EA
Ordering Period III: BEQ 85 EA
Ordering Period IV: BEQ 85 EA
Ordering Period V: BEQ 85 EA
The anticipated contract action will be solicited via full and open competition. The Government does not currently own technical data for this requirement. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The approximate due date will be on or before 27 December 2019.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Once a solicitation is issued, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
