Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy needs complementary additional studies to support degree teaching and other higher studies, from which you must be able to assemble entire study courses. You must be able to complete your studies in an online learning environment. The goal has been especially improving employment, in which case the study selection must also include professional certificates. In addition, teachers use the study environment as a source of material. MINIMUM PROCUREMENT REQUIREMENTS The procurement unit has drawn up more extensive ones minimum requirements, from which a summary of the most important requirements has been compiled in this appendix. More extensive requirements are available upon request: hankinnat@oulu.fi or kirjaamo@oamk.fi The system and its supplier must fulfill all of the below minimum requirements.V1 - Supplier suitability requirements- V1.1 There are more than 50 million registered users of the service.- V1.2 All material in the system must be studyable in Finnish or EnglishV2 - Teaching guidance- V2.1 The customer's teachers must be able to put together study groups for teaching groups that are suitable for their own teaching. - V2.2 The client's teachers must be able to assign courses to the students.- V2.3 The client's teachers must be able to monitor the group and the student progress. V3 - Certificates- V3.1 The self-study platform must be able to complete certificates from at least the following operators: Google, IBM, Meta, and Microsoft.
