Legal Aid Recieves Around 46, 000 Applications For Financial Aid For Legal Aid, With A Mixture Of One-Time And Multi-Stage Payments For Complex Matters. Eligibility For Legal Aid Is Based On A Person's Income And The Nature Of The Legal Case, Which Includes Family, Civil And Criminal Law Matters. The Current System (Atlas) Is At End Of Life And Requires Replacement.
