THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.
In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for:

4-18GHz 50W Amplifier Module SPST P/N15P26746-02
8.8-10.2GHz 1kW HPA Module Qty: 2 Ea.
SPST P/N 15P30720-01 Qty: 2 Ea.
2-6GHz 100W Amplifier Module with
an 18-36VDC Input Voltage Range
SPST P/N 15P30914-01 Qty: 2 Ea.
To Stellant Systems Inc. 105 Baylis Rd, Melville, NY 11747 as a direct replacement to connect to existing equipment by the same manufacture and we must use the exact same unit to maintain the integrity of the past testing with the current testing.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 8/10/26 4:00PM PST. The written response shall reference solicitation number and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.
