Therefore, through this approval act they are authorizedthe administrative bases elaborated and that contain the requirements to hire the services. 4.The legal regulations in force contained in the Public Purchases Law and its Regulations under which the public bidding process is governed, of free concurrence and equality before the bases towhich are subject to participants, under full responsibility and assumed to be knowledgeable about the requirements.
