Ammunition delivery 1. The subject of the order is the supply of 5.56x45 mm ammunition with an anti-ricochet bullet, hereinafter referred to as the "goods", in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of the order was specified in Annex No. 5 to SWZ - "Detailed price offer". 3. The terms of contract execution and quality standards are presented in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - "Designed provisions of the contract". 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Offers must be complete, i.e. the contractor must price the entire scope of the order. If the Contractor does not value any product item, the Ordering Party, acting pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5) of the Act will reject the Contractor's offer. 5. The contractor is obliged is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - "Detailed price offer", fill in column "l" by entering the data of the offered goods enabling the Ordering Party to clearly identify the offered goods. If the Contractor does not complete column "l", the Ordering Party will act on pursuant to art. 226 section 1 point 5) of the Act will reject the Contractor's offer. 6. Upon delivery, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the documents indicated in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the order". 7. The contractor is obliged to submit with the offer supplemented with Annex No. 10 to the SWZ - "Technical parameters", in which it will indicate what parameters the goods offered by him have. 8.
