The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment and IT systems to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, i.e.: WSS No. 4 in Bytom, Al. Legionów 10, 41-902 Bytom. 2. The subject is implemented within the framework of Project KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0419/25 entitled Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through the development of digital services at the Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 4 in Bytom" as part of the investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the transformation processes digital health through the further development of digital health services. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1A - Assortment and price form, Annex No. 1B - Description of the subject of the order.
