The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Ammonium Perchlorate (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is sole sourced to American Pacific 10622 West 6400 North | Cedar City, UT | 84721 USA. This material is a direct replacement consumable used in various tests and projects on site. No other product will suffice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5059 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
