The pre bid conference and organized site visit will be held on August 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM CDT at the USIBWC Amistad Field Office, 670 Texas Spur 349, Del Rio, Texas 78840. Written questions must be submitted to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than August 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM MDT. All questions must reference solicitation 191BWC26B0006. Government responses are anticipated by August 20, 2026.
Bids are due September 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM MDT. Bidders must submit bids in accordance with Section L of the solicitation through the USIBWC secure Microsoft SharePoint portal.
