Request for Quotation for the Catering Services to be used during the conduct of the Technical Briefing on the Climate Resilient Corn-based Farming Technology
1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2019) intends to apply the sum of Sixty Six Thousand Pesos (a‚+/-66, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Catering Services;
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7), now invites bids to all PhilGEPS Registered Suppliers/Bidders for the Catering Services with the following specifications:
-c 120 pax for 2 meals and 2 snacks per day for 2 days @ a‚+/-550.00/pax/day Unit cost
-c Schedule Date: August 21-22, 2019
-c Venue: San Remigio, Cebu
-c Purpose: Catering Services to be used in support to AMIA project implementation of Cebu Experiment Station at San Remigio, Cebu
3. The Bidder must submit Mayor-s Permit, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Income/ Business Tax Return (to be submitted by the winning bidder only) and Omnibus Statement (to be submitted by the winning bidder only) among other documents required by the office.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7) and inspect the Canvass Forms and other documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
