The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for Engineering Inspection Regime in support of Carrier Strike Group Four. This is for commercial services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
