The subject of the public procurement is the development of "Amendment of the General Planning Plan of the Municipality of Ruse /OUPO Ruse/" according to Art. 134 par. 1, item 1 and item 2 of the Territorial Planning Act /ZUT/, in connection with Art. 20a of Ordinance No. 8 on the volume and content of the development plans, the purpose of which is to create a basis for more effective planning of the municipal territory to achieve sustainable development in the future. The partial amendment of the OUPO Ruse is necessitated by the socio-economic changes that have occurred conditions related both to emerging new investment initiatives that will solve some new infrastructural and terrain problems identified during the implementation of the current plan, as well as in connection with attracting new investors in the area around the Ruse-Veliko highway Tarnovo". The amendment should amend parts of development zones for which the provisions do not correspond to the actual use of the properties. Part of the amendments provide for an amendment of the building boundaries of "Gotse Delchev" Blvd., in view of its overall construction as such, modification of construction boundaries for the village of Chervena Voda and the village of Nikolovo and in several settlements for the expansion of existing cemetery parks.
