Ambulance delivery. The subject of the order includes: - one-off delivery of the subject of the order, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - up to 75 days from the date of signing the contract, - full warranty: - minimum 24 months without limit kilometers from the date of official receipt of the subject of the order for the base vehicle, - a minimum of 24 months from the date of protocol acceptance of the subject of the order for specialized construction and installed equipment and medical equipment, - minimum 96 months from the date protocol acceptance of the subject of the order for body perforations, - a minimum of 36 months from the date of official receipt of the subject of the order for paint coatings. - warranty for the subject of the order: from the date of protocol acceptance of the subject of the contract on the terms and conditions and within the period specified in the Civil Code. The Ordering Party requires that the offered ambulance meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended).
