Tender Details

The subject of the public order is the Žamberk Gymnasium - reconstruction of the extension, consisting mainly in the implementation of energy-saving measures - the building is designed in a passive standard. Triple-glazed windows are designed, an energy-saving source for the building is designed heating and hot water heating - heat pump. The lighting will be using energy-saving LED lights. In summer, the risk of interior overheating is limited by the design of shading elements. All rooms of the renovated building will be forced to be centrally ventilated air recovery unit. A single sewer connection is designed to ensure the removal of sewage from the building. The NTL gas pipeline will be transferred to the underground line of the NTL residential gas pipeline. Hygienic facilities for disabled people are designed in the building movement and orientation skills (barrier-free WC). The roof will be made as a green roof. The entire building will be sufficiently insulated against heat leaks and protected against solar gains in the summer. Buildings. modification of school buildings
