Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a CNC punching press. We require the TRUMPF tooling system due to tool compatibility with existing machines. We consider the format of the processed metal sheet to be 1250 x 2500 mm without repositioning the clamps. The strength of the processed sheet metal will be mainly 0.8 - 3.0 mm, the maximum pressing force of 280-300 kN must enable sheet metal punching up to 10 mm. Due to small series and custom production, we prefer the possibility of programming the machine both from the office CAD/CAM software and from the machine operator's place. (Choosing the number of manufactured pieces and the default sheet format.) Hydraulic/servo-electric die heads/head must allow tool rotation within 360 degrees. The machine must enable automatic tool change either in the form of a magazine or by using a combined Multitool or Multi tool index. The working table of the machine will be equipped with brushes for easy movement of the sheet metal without damaging the underside. The machine must have vacuum extraction of pressings and automatic lubrication of tools with oil mist. Transportation of the machine to the company and his insurance according to the conditions of CIP Incoterms 2020. In addition to the supply of the own equipment, the offer must also include installation, commissioning and takeover after operator training. The contracting authority does not envisage dividing the contract into parts.
