Synopsis : This Is A Duplicate Of The Previous Competition 2018-020 In Order To Add Addendum #4. Competition 2018-020 Was Closed In Error On Sasktenders.Sealed Tenders For Contract Number Wsa-2018C-0003 Will Be Received Until 4:00 P.M. Cst On June 20, 2018 ("Closing"), At The Office Of The Engineer, Agriculture And Agri-Food Canada ("Aafc"), Attention: Material Manager, Western Service Centre, Room 300, 2010 12Th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4p 0M3. Tenders Must Be Submitted Using The Requisite Forms, As Outlined In The Instructions To Tenderers.Tenders Will Not Be Opened In Public.The Work Consists Of Lining The Upstream Conduit And Replacing The Low Level Outlet Gate At Altawan And Gouverneur Dams. The Upstream Conduit At Each Dam Will Be Sliplined By Inserting A Smaller Diameter High Density Polyethylene Pipe (Hdpe) Into The Existing Larger Diameter Corrugated Steel Pipe (Csp) And Then Grouting The Annular Space Between The New Hdpe Pipe And The Existing Csp. The Lining Will Be Carried Out Underwater. Bulkheads Used In The Lining Will Be Left In Place Or A Bulkhead Installed And The Existing Gate Will Be Removed And Replaced With A New Slide Gate And Hoist All Under Dry Conditions.At Gouverneur Dam The Existing Gatewell Top Will Be Demolished And Replaced.
