Reconstruction/rehabilitation of the ALSH of Gujan-Mestras - Pre-work diagnostics contract Contract concerning the carrying out of diagnostics before work: asbestos, lead, termites as part of the reconstruction / rehabilitation of the ALSH of Gujan-Mestras. The purpose of this mission is to carry out diagnostics before work: asbestos, lead, termites on the ALSH de la Hume site in Gujan-Mestras (33). The operation concerns the in situ rehabilitation of the 3 existing ALSH buildings identified as remarkable heritage under the PLU of the city of Gujan-Mestras. The buildings to be diagnosed will be free of any activity and may be subject to destructive investigations. The diagnostics will be carried out according to the phasing indicated in the market documents. The useful surface area of ​​the buildings to be rehabilitated is approximately 550 m². These buildings were the subject of an Asbestos Technical File carried out in 2019 and pre-work diagnostics carried out in 2023. The useful surface area of the buildings to be rehabilitated is approximately 550 m² (buildings A, B and C).
