This source sought synopsis is being issued to provide potential offerors the opportunity to provide capability statements with respect to the requirements described below.
The major requirement for this effort is for engineering and test support services for the ALQ-249 NGJ currently in deployment for the Navy EA-18G aircraft. The contract scope will include domestic, foreign military sales (FMS), and domestic/foreign cooperative development efforts. The proposed contract will provide for Continuous Integration Delivery & Deployment (CIDD) software support for NGJ pod and Integration including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, training and tools related to and in support of ALQ-99, ALQ-249, NGJ Low Band (NGJ-LB) and advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) initiatives. Raytheon, as the sole designer, developer, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and supplier of the NGJ-MB for the Navy EA-18G aircraft, possesses the unique capability and expertise to satisfy the minimum needs of the Government. Consequently, only Raytheon can ensure interoperability between software and hardware systems due to the ongoing changes, upgrades, and system enhancements that are being made under existing contracts. Performance of the work required under this prospective contract requires a Facility Clearance to the level of Top Secret.
