GO ALLIANCE.GLOBAL (hereinafter - ORGANIZER) re-announces the tender for the purchase of food products for offices. The source of funding for the purchase is within the framework of the project Strengthening the capacity and access of MSM and other groups to HIV services and paralegal assistance, national advocacy, interaction and communication in the interests of MSM/LGBTIQ+ communities with the funds of the Global Fund and with the financial support of BO 100 PERCENT OF LIFE in accordance with Grant Agreement No. 017-GF-24 dated 01.02.2026. The subject of procurement is the purchase of food for offices Non-cash settlement. The purchase of goods provided for by the subject of procurement is carried out without VAT (in accordance with the provisions of Clause 26 of Subsection 2 of Chapter X of the PKU and PKMU dated 04.17.2013 No. 234, since the costs are carried out within the framework of grants from the Global Fund, provided in accordance with the Programs of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in Ukraine). VAT payers have the right to be exempt from value added tax on the supply of goods in the customs territory of Ukraine (except excise duty) than the provision of services, if such goods/services are paid for at the expense of grants (sub-grants) provided in accordance with the programs of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in Ukraine, carried out in accordance with the law.
