Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the construction planning and renovation work of the Aleksanterinkatu bridge located in the center of Porvoo as a ST contract in accordance with the procurement documents. More detailed content of the contract in the product requirements of the contract (section 4.1). A presentation of the building site will be held on Monday 23 March 2026 from 13:00 to 14:00. The bidder must participate in the presentation and send the participants' information to [email protected] by 12:00 on March 20, 2026. Otherwise, the customer states the company has visited the site. The contractor cannot later refer to facts that have been seen on site by getting to know the object. The entire project must be completed between 25 May 2026 and 27 November 2026. The project has one intermediate goal: The bridge must be operable no later than August 10, 2026 (at 0:01) in both directions (incl. public transport and light traffic). The criteria for comparing the offers are presented in the procurement documents. The contract must especially take into account light traffic, public transport and their required traffic arrangements. Temporary traffic with traffic arrangements is the responsibility of the contractor during the contract period. The project's initial technical data can be found in the project bank.
