This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service but is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if a 100% Set Aside for Small Business Indian Firms, 100% Indian Owned Economic Enterprises or 100% Set Aside for Small business concerns can fulfill the requirements set forth in this sources sought notice.

The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (Small Business Indian Firms, Indian Owned Economic Enterprise or Small Business). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting a market survey to help determine the availability of the following item/service:

NAICS Code: 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing

Description: Personal protective equipment (PPE) including surgical masks, respirator masks and powered air purifying respirators and required filters, face shields and protective eyewear, gloves, disposable and reusable surgical and isolation gowns, head and foot coverings, and other gear or clothing used to protect an individual from the transmission of disease.

All vendors who respond to this sources sought must sign the attachment entitled “Attachment 1: Made in American Personal Protective Equipment - Vendor Certificate” certifying that all PPE provided, including the materials and components thereof, that is grown, reprocessed, reused, or produced in the United States in accordance with the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) SEC. 70951, cited as the ‘‘Make PPE in America Act--.
