A Project Description Is Provided Below: Project Background The Central Energy Plant At Albany State University's East Campus Was Constructed In 1997 And Provides Chilled Water And Heating Water For Hvac Systems In Several High Profile Buildings On Campus. The Existing Field Erected Cooling Tower Serving The Chillers In The Central Energy Plant Is Vintage To The Original Construction. The Tower Assembly Is Beyond Its Expected Service Life And Is In Need Of Replacement.
