Tender are invited for Notice of Public HearingSTATE OF ALASKAALASKA OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSIONRE: Docket Number: CO-26-003By applications dated March 11, 2026, Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp), as the operator of the Ninilchik Uni (NU), requests that the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) expand the vertical extent of the Ninilchik Beluga/Tyonek Gas Pool (N-B/TGP), as currently defined by Rule 2 of Conservation Order 701C (CO 701C) in the NU.CO 701C defines the N-B/TGP and prescribes rules for its development. Hilcorp proposes to amend this order to expand the vertical extent of the N-B/TGP to include shallower sands in the Beluga Formation that aren-t currently part of the pool.This notice does not contain all the information filed by Hilcorp.
